In August 2012 I joined SBNation.com as a writer for the site’s national newsdesk.  Working for one of five regions at a time, I produced 150-300 word updates constantly as news happened. Our goal is to work in a quick and accurate fashion to get news posted on each local site as soon after the news happens as possible.
