Working with leading digital agency, One North, I helped with an overhaul and relaunch of this Fortune 500 insurance company’s global website.

I was responsible for researching, writing, and optimizing more than 100 pages of B2B and B2B2C content. I conducted stakeholder interviews, incorporated client feedback into revisions, and collaborated on strategy. The pages we wrote included customer-facing product pages as well as DEI pages, brand storytelling, partnership initiatives, employee profiles, and more.
